Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you submit to or create with H3Max Video (h3maxvideo.net), including text prompts, uploaded images and videos, and generated videos. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What You Can Create

H3Max Video is built for safe, creative video work: short films, product and marketing clips, social media content, storyboards, animations, nature and travel scenes, and similar content suitable for a general audience.

Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or share:

1. NSFW or sexual content — nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, fetish content, or erotic material of any kind, including "artistic" or "implied" nudity.
2. Any content sexualizing minors — or any depiction of minors in a sexual, suggestive, or harmful context. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
3. Deepfakes and non-consensual depictions of real people — face swaps, impersonation, or videos that place a real person in a situation they did not consent to, including intimate, defamatory, or misleading contexts.
4. Violence and gore — graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or content that glorifies or incites violence or terrorism.
5. Hate and harassment — content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics, and content that bullies or threatens individuals.
6. Self-harm — content that promotes or instructs suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
7. Illegal activity — content that promotes or facilitates illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, scams, or other crimes.
8. Deception and misinformation — fake news, fabricated evidence, election or political disinformation, or content designed to mislead people into believing it is real footage.
9. Intellectual property infringement — content that copies copyrighted characters, works, or trademarks you do not have rights to use.
10. Private information — content that exposes personal data of others without consent.

Uploaded Images and Videos

Only upload media you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images of real people without their consent, and never upload images of minors for the purpose of generating content of them.

Prohibited Use of the Service

You may not attempt to bypass content filters (for example, through misspellings, coded language, or prompt manipulation), use automated tools to abuse the Service, resell access without permission, or interfere with the Service's security or availability.

How We Enforce This Policy

• Automated screening — prompts may be checked automatically before any video is generated. Requests that violate this policy are blocked and no credits are charged.
• Review — we may review prompts, uploads, and outputs to investigate violations or reports.
• Consequences — depending on severity, we may block a request, remove content, suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund, and report illegal content to law enforcement.

Reporting Violations

If you see content created with H3Max Video that violates this policy, email [email protected] with a description and any links. We review reports within 3 business days.
